The R & K Fuller Staircase Flat Pack Kit system is a quick and economical way to build a staircase. This system is made up of single string patterns fixed end to end on a long string. Which can be purchased from us if required. Each flat pack kit consists of 2 string patterns, 1 tread, 1 riser, 4 wedges, & 2 glue blocks.

As shown on the photos the finished stair has a clean square appearance that will suit both a staircase between walls or a staircase with balustrade.

With the C.N.C. Router, we can speed up our production and allow us to introduce a new era in stair design. The Flat Pack kit stairs come with an instructional DVD to make installation simple for tradesmen or a handy man.

We also offer same day pick up or 2-3 days delivery in Melbourne metro. 3-5 days Victoria county for flat pack kits. We can also supply balustrade and handrail components when required for kit staircases.

Same day pick up is for MDF flat packs only. Pine or KDHW flat packs can also be supplied in quick time.

The R. & K. Fuller Flat Pack Kit Stair system is the ideal retail kit stair.Compact and easy to store they give customer an inexpensive kit stair option that can be purchased immediately (no lead time).

Flat Packs also gives the retailer the added sales of other staircase components, e.g. handrail, posts, blusters, timber for strings, fixings, etc.

With the new designed string patterns the flat packs gives the consumer a stylish cut sting look to their stair.

Flat Pack includes tread, riser, string pattern, wedges, glue blocks, and installation instructional DVD in nosing pack.
